Our company offers discounts on tickets for children, people with disabilities, etc., as well as for return tickets to some destinations. Contact us for more details.
How can I book my vehicle?
You can book for your vehicle by filling out the special form, or by calling +302821095511 and +302821095530, or by sending an email ([email protected]).
Is there a waiting list for vehicles?
Waiting lists for vehicles are only created before departure at the respective ticket offices.
Where can I get my ticket?
Your tickets can be purchased either from the local ticket offices or online from the official website at least one hour before the scheduled departure of the ship.
How can I pay for my ticket?
You can pay for your ticket:
– With cash directly at the ticket offices and at all the partner travel agencies.
– By credit/debit card on the official website, at the ticket offices and at the cooperating travel agencies.
Can I change the date or destination on my ticket?
The change of your passenger ticket may be made online (https://anendyk.gr/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/ODIGIES_ALLAGI_EISITIRIOU_OPEN_ENGLISH-2.pdf ) or at the ticket offices. Any difference that arises in the cost of the ticket, due to a change of route, is borne by the passenger.
For any change of date concerning your vehicle, you must contact ANENDYK by telephone (+302821095511 and +302821095530) or by email ([email protected]) to check availability in the ship’s garage.
What if I lose my ticket?
In case of loss of the ticket you should contact us by phone (+302821095511 and +302821095530) or by sending an e-mail ([email protected] and [email protected]) to guide you.

How long before departure do I have to be at the port?
You must be at the port at least half an hour before the departure of the ship.
Can a pet travel with me?
Pets should be vaccinated and accompanied by the most recently updated health booklet. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed inside the ship. If they are in circulation, they should be tied with a leash and must wear a muzzle. Our ships have special guard cages for pets if requested to stay there.
Which destinations does the company serve?
Passengers can travel by ANENDYK ferries to the following destinations: Chora Sfakion, Loutro, Agia Roumeli, Sougia, Paleochora and Gavdos. More information can be found here.
How will I be notified of any changes or cancellations due to weather conditions?
For any changes in the itineraries due to weather conditions, you may be informed either on the official website or by contacting the company headquarters/port authorities by phone.
ANENDYK is not responsible in case of cancellation, delay or change of itineraries due to emergency weather events or by order of the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy or the Port Authorities or for reasons of force majeure.
Are the ferry routes coordinated with the KTEL Chania-Rethymno bus routes?
During the summer season, the bus company KTEL Chania-Rethymno has morning services from Chania to Chora Sfakion before the departure of ANENDYK ferries to all destinations. Respectively, for return journeys in the afternoon, there are itineraries that connect Chora Sfakion and Sougia with Chania, immediately after the arrival of ANENDYK ferries. Should I report any health problems I have before departing?
Yes, you should inform staff about any health problems you or a relative has, both during the issue of your tickets and when boarding the ship, so that we may offer you the best possible service whilst traveling.
Is smoking allowed during the trip?
Smoking is prohibited indoors. You can smoke outdoors and for safety and hygiene reasons, please do not throw lit cigarettes in the areas of ships and the sea.
Can children travel alone with ANENDYK Seaways?
Our company does not accept reservations for children under the age of 15 that are not accompanied by an adult. Minors over the age of 15 may travel unchaperoned, with a statement signed by both of their parents/guardians through which the parents/guardians declare that they are fully responsible for anything that happens to the minor during the trip or for any damage caused. The signed statement should bear the original signature of both parents/guardians.
There should be two copies of the original statement per route – one to be shown to the central issuing agency and the other to be carried by the minor to inform the ship that they are travelling with.
