Our History-Anendyk Seaways

In 1983, ANENDYK was founded as a result of the cooperation between local shipping companies that wanted to join forces to connect Southwestern Crete by sea. Since then, for over 40 years, ANENDYK has not been just a route on the timetable — it is the bridge that connects islands, villages, and people.

With vessels capable of reaching the most remote and inaccessible points of the coastline, transporting passengers, vehicles, and goods, ANENDYK goes where the roads end.

Today, we serve 6 key destinations in Southwestern Crete, from Sfakia and Loutro to Agia Roumeli, Sougia, Paleochora, and Gavdos.

Our commitment remains the same: safety, reliability, and respect — not only for our passengers, but also for the sea and local communities. With consistency and responsibility, we continue to evolve, improving our services every day.

Gavdos

Hora Sfakion, or Sfakia, is a beautiful village nestled in-between azure seas and majestic mountains. The village is very traditional, and a great place to holiday off the beaten track.
