The Ordinary General Meeting of ANENDYK Seaways, held on November 19, 2025, at the company’s offices in BIOPA Chania, was successfully completed. Shareholder participation was satisfactory and the discussion took place in a particularly positive and cooperative atmosphere.

The results for the 2024 financial year were presented, management issues were discussed, and the foundations for the company’s strategy for 2025 were laid. The meeting was characterized by consensus, transparency, and constructive dialogue.
