We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders for the company ANENDYK AE (Anonymous Shipping Company South West Crete), took place on 16th November 2023 at the company office, Vio.Pa (Industrial Park, Chania). In attendance were shareholders in person or by proxy, representing 78% of the share capital and valid decisions were made on the agenda items.
